Full service and maintenance contracts by DMV
In the BENELUX we can offer a variety of service contracts which include full-service-contracts, where any repair or maintenance on our vehicles can be performed by our own workshop staff of by the IVECO Dealership network in the Benelux.
Training of customers workshop employees
Our trainers are experienced mechanics and train our customers maintenance crews on site and in a very practical way. Anywhere in the world.
Remote assistance via an optional digital gateway
DMV uses a system which we can use to log on to the diagnoses tools in use with our customers workshop so we can assist the workshop in real-time
Worldwide parts delivery
Our parts department ships all parts of our vehicles to location around the world.
Worldwide access to IVECO dealerships
Due to the fact that we base our vehicles on IVECO base vehicles and have connections to IVECO dealerships via the IVECO and IDV network, we can also offer assistance through the IVECO dealership network.
